Happy Labor Day September 4, 2018

Mariah didn't send out a group email this week. This is what she sent to me along with pics of her sunburn. Poor girls...

Hi mom!!
Yes, yesterday we couldn't email because all of the libraries were closed and we don't have access to a computer at the church. Anyways, it's transfers next week so I won't be able to email until next Wednesday.. I'm sorry! I promise things are going great! I'm very sunburned right now because we helped park cars for 3 hours yesterday for the closeline fair here in Prairie Grove. It was awesome!! But I'm exhausted. Also, CHARLIE IS GETTING BAPTIZED ON SATURDAY!! We are so excited!! We are actually going to meet with her right after this. Tell everyone I am sorry I didn't get to talk to them yesterday! but I will talk more next Wednesday. I love you mom!!

We did a booth at the union on campus for University of Arkansas. GO PIGS!! SOOOOIIEET! It was really cool seeing someone from Jecely's mission. Things went great while we were there! We talked to lots of people and we are experimenting by not wearing proselyting clothes, it was very successful!
Have a wonderful week!! Don't worry I won't be too jealous while you are over in Iceland! I hope y'all travel safe!! Enjoy it!!

I love this area, the people, and my testimony is growing strong :)
Love, Your alive and doing well missionary daughter

Temple Tuesday November 13, 2017

Hey Friends!! This week was so fun!! We had the amazing opportunity to go to the St.Louis temple this week! I loved it so much! I am so grateful we were able to go because we don't have on in our mission, but blessed with the best mission president :) We also had a fun time with our zone this week and did interviews with our mission president and his wife. They are such great people with lots of advice for us missionaries, I love it!  Something amazing that happened this week was we had exchanges with the traveling sisters (they go around the mission visiting all the sisters) and so there were four sisters just in our area, but it was the busiest day of the week! We had so many lessons that with each companionship we didn't have any gaps of time. It was such a cool miracle because we were able to teach so many people and have such a great experience. I just thought that was so cool!  Another thing that I started this week was reading the Book of Mormon and just...

TRY IT!!! July 9, 2018

Hello Friends and Family! This week was super good! I learned a lot! We got to meet our new Mission President and his wife this week! yay! They are so sweet! I am very excited to be able to work with them, even though it is sad to see the Lovelands go, they were amazing. I'm President and Sister Strong will be too! One thing I learned from President Strong this week was to TRY IT. He talked a little bit about how you won't know unless you try. This really stuck out to me because it works so well with everything! Like, you never know if that person is going to be interested in the gospel unless you try talking to them, right? You don't know if you'll be good at something unless you try. I love this so much! I'm not sure why it clicked so well, but it did. and it's TRUE! We are here to TRY. We have been sent to earth and given the gift of agency to try things. To try to improve and be better. We can't become perfect at something unless we try. I am so g...
